Manage a small, tight-knit teamSet and monitor staff KPI'sAssist with and attend QCAT as requiredConduct one-on-ones and performance reviewsAssist with recruitmentReport to upper managementThe Candidate: Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager, Head of Department, or Team LeaderAbility to manage and lead a teamDemonstrated ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programsCurrent QLD Certificate of RegistrationHow to Apply:
