About the role As a dedicated Onsite Resourcer with the AWX within a busy factory environment in Truganina, your role is essential.
From assisting the recruitment and onboarding team for new starters through to detailed administrative support across the candidate and client lifecycle – you will be at the heart of the action.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
It can be fast-paced and high volume requiring the ability to be agile whilst delivering quality in all areas of service.
But we have your back, you will be supported to thrive, with mentoring and training to ensure you are successful.
This role will be 11am starts on site up until 7pm finishes with the ability to be flexible occasionally with on site team requirements.
Your key responsibilities 11am starts on site up until 7pm finishes Provide recruitment support to the onsite team, including handling emails, screening, and booking interviews.
Managing various rosters and assisting with onboarding new hires.
Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly, adapt to workforce management and payroll systems, and complete daily client KPIs within set timeframes.
Build strong professional relationships with client contacts on site What you bring Your experience working in a similar recruitment and/or customer service role will provide a solid foundation for your success.
You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
You will possess the following: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong administrative background.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
A positive, friendly, professional attitude.
