Job Description We're looking for a passionate and skilledTeam Leader - FIFO, on a 2:1 roster from Perth to our Kalgoorlie branch to drive excellence in equipment inspections, servicing, and repairs, ensuring our customers receive top-quality support.
Key Responsibilities Reporting into the Service Manager - South west you will:
Keep things running smoothly: Coordinate equipment servicing and repairs within budget, maximising availability and reliability. Inspire and lead: Mentor and support your team in their daily activities, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment. Be the go-to expert: Provide diagnostics expertise and meet customer requirements with confidence and professionalism. Develop your team: Train technicians on service procedures, including Baseplan, and upskill them for success. Stay prepared: Ensure the workshop is fully equipped with the right parts, consumables, tools, and equipment. Champion safety: Lead a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across the team and branch. Conduct equipment servicing and repairs when needed.
