Your Day-to-Day
In this dynamic role, you will:
Cultivate and expand our existing customer base, ensuring strong, lasting partnerships. Identify and convert new sales opportunities aligned with our strategic business goals. Conduct regular cold calls to introduce our solutions and establish yourself as a trusted industry expert. Attend customer events, trade shows, and conferences, building rapport and showcasing our offerings. Prepare compelling quotes and tender submissions to win new opportunities. Collaborate with the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service that sets us apart. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure seamless account management. Skills and Experiences:

Proven sales experience in hire, capital equipment, or a related industry. A proactive approach to cold calling, both in person and over the phone. A strong track record of winning and retaining new business. The ability to work autonomously, safely, and effectively in a field environment.
