Work onsite in one of the Gold Coast's latest luxury apartment complexes This role requires an experienced, dedicated Property Manager to commit to living onsite and managing the full portfolio of permanent rentals (80) with a second stage to commence shortly The role will require someone who knows end-to-end Property Management like the back of their hand and can work unsupervised and autonomously, taking initiative and providing a premium service Exciting, varied role - no two days will be the same The role will require you to be flexible with your working hours but will still offer a healthy work/life balance even though you will be living onsite Attractive salary package on offer which will include a beautiful apartment - bring your pets, even in office!!
The Ideal Candidate...
