Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to one of our customers. Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions. Experience opportunities to support Servers, Networking and other IT equipment. Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain a best practice environment. Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software.Minimum Requirements Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with your generalist networking skills. Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner. Great attention to detail and time management skills. Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider.
(Desired) Must have vehicle and full drivers license.
