Role responsibilities:
We are seeking to hire an Onsite Auction Sales and Ops Manager to join our growing team in the Canberra and Southern NSW region.
The role of Onsite Auction Sales and Operations Manager is a key role in our team and has full responsibility for working closely with both buyers and sellers to support them to engage with the services ALLBIDS offers.
Your main role is to manage assets across the region from customers sites, ensuring that all items are correctly presented, photographed, described, valued, and entered into our system. These items range from full contents estate auctions to smaller industrial auctions, vehicles and more.
Additionally the Onsite Auction Sales and Operations Manager is part of our leadership team and will be expected to role model our values, support junior staff and work with the leadership team to ensure ALLBIDS is a fantastic place to work.
Selection Criteria - Key skills, experience and capabilities required
Skills and capabilities required:
High attention to detail
Experience in sales and customer service
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
A positive and focused attitude
Ability to operate independently and represent the business.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to research and learn independently
Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems.
Qualifications & experience:
Ideally have worked in or with the auction industry and understand the process.
Strong sales experience in high value assets, machinery, vehicles, or real estate
Valid Australian drivers' licence
