Position Outline The Online Training Administrator is responsible for aiding in RTO student online access to our business systems so they operate efficiently. Join us in implementing new business ideas and enacting plans to ensure the RTO is operating compliantly.
The position will be responsible for: Controlling the automation process to our students.Assist our students with the online portal.Coordination of assessments.untilisation of our SMS and LMS systemsImplement and integrate new software programs.Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance requirement.Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external clients and stakeholders and grow knowledge of VET industry and RTO standards.Skills and Experience A minimum of 3 years previous administration experience preferredIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge of using database systemsIntermediate typing speedAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to plan and priorities own workloads to meet deadlinesSelf-management that contributes to employee satisfaction and growthLearning approach that contributes to ongoing improvementKnowledge of the VET sector and the regulatory framework (highly regarded).Full Time - Monday to Friday.
