Online Sales Consultant:
Calling owners who are selling their car privately through Facebook Market Place, Gum Tree and the like to negotiate and buy their vehicle.Online Leads Consultant:
Taking calls from Customers who are interested in purchasing used vehicles, making appointments through the dealership and confirming with the customer.About you:
• Previous experience in a high-paced, customer service role within a Contact Centre environment.
• Always display a customer-focused mindset and be able to deliver exceptional service.
• Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work.
• Experience in an automotive, sales or telemarketing role would be a benefit.
