American Airlines Group is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Perth, Western Australia. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Calendar Management:** Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for executives, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

- **Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders by managing calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

- **Task Coordination:** Assist in the organization and coordination of various projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.

- **Travel Arrangements:** Plan and book travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

- **Document Preparation:** Create, proofread, and edit presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.

- **Budget Tracking:** Assist in managing budgets, processing expenses, and maintaining financial records, supporting executives' decision-making processes.

- **Research & Information Management:** Conduct research as requested to provide executives with necessary data for informed decision-making, ensuring all information is accurate and relevant.

- **Event Planning:** Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events, including venue selection, catering, and material preparation.

- **Tech Proficiency:** Utilize various software applications to enhance efficiency and productivity, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools.

- **Confidentiality:** Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive communications, sensitive information, and company data.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in administrative support, preferably in the corporate sector.
