You will lead a team of Personal Shoppers who deliver accurate orders for our customers every day.

About the Role Responsibilities: Leading teams across our Online department to put team and customers first through the day-to-day management of online ordersManaging and distributing online orders to the team of Personal ShoppersWorking cohesively across our Grocery & Fresh DepartmentsBeing an advocate for accurate picking and substitutionsAbility to pivot and focus on achieving order windows and targetsStrong focus on OH&S and safetyDelivering key performance metrics and targets across the Online team What makes you right for Woolies About you… Ability to listen and learn and show genuine care for both team and customersBelieves in always doing the right thingWorks collaboratively end to end as one teamAbility to work in a fast-paced & complex environmentDrive to coach and develop large teams to deliver great resultsAbility to create a vision, coach, motivate and inspire a team to stretch their capabilities, unlock potential and build commitment to achieving the visionAbility to lead change effectivelyCommunity orientated When you will be needed This full-time salaried role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends.
