D.R. Horton, a leading home builder in Australia, is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are resourceful, adaptable, and have strong project management skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to live chat inquiries from potential home buyers on our website in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about our homes, communities, pricing, and available upgrades- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, virtual tours, and answering general questions about the home buying process- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus- Must be adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
