Contractor or Permanent Part-Time Role – 12 hours per week Flexible, Work-From-Home Arrangement Online position; however, you must be based in the Northern Rivers or Southern Queensland.

Our client is a registered training organisation dedicated to redefining career paths, shifting perspectives, and empowering brighter futures.
The program is an individualised and innovative initiative encompassing: CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support CHC43015 - Certificate IV in Ageing Support CHC43115 - Certificate IV in Disability Additional skill sets, including HLTHPS007 - Administer and Monitor Medications Key Responsibilities: Mark and assess in accordance with the Individual Support Training Package.
Assist with the enrolment process, including administrative paperwork.
Engage and support students throughout their learning journey.
Offer flexible learning methods to accommodate students with diverse abilities and motivations.
Demonstrate professionalism while working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Collaborate effectively within the team.
Complete all necessary paperwork for quality assurance, reporting, and audit compliance.
Manage professional development to stay current in the industry and maintain qualifications for yourself and the organisation.
Key Requirements: At least 3 years of recent industry experience.
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021) OR Certificate IV in Ageing Support (CHC43015) , including HLTHPS007 – Administer and Monitor Medications , OR a higher qualification.
Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
Police Check or willingness to obtain.
Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Hold a full driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
Highly Desired (but not essential): Experience as an online Trainer and Assessor.
