Job OverviewIn this role, you will carry out tasks to ensure orders placed on our online shop are shipped to customers. This will cover picking, packing, and shipping, working with couriers and stock management.
Key Duties Receive and process orders from the online shopPick, pack, and fulfil orders from stockLiaise with couriers and arrange shipmentsMonitor stock levels and transfer stock when requiredRecord keeping of all stock dispatchedManage Online Shop inbox and answer phone callsAdditional Duties Weekly stock takes of stock on siteEnsure stock is used in the correct order of rotationEnsure that there are suitable levels of packaging materials availableCarry out any repack requirementsSupport site-wide stock taking and reconciliationStock orderingSupport goods in procedures and administrationHousekeeping and maintenance of warehouse/yardForklift operationShop sales and payment handlingDealing with telephone enquiriesSupport general administrative tasks - record keeping, ordering, welcoming visitorsProvide holiday cover across brewery and supply chain's administrative team as requiredCompetencies Required Attention to detailGood customer serviceGood organisational skillsBasic Excel skillsBasic mathsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
