About the Role
This role is responsible for the development and delivery of an ongoing series of online events, as part of our commitment to providing accessible, high-quality and relevant educational content to RANZCP members. Key tasks include:
Deliver online events that will meet the CPD needs of our members, approx. 1-2 webinars per month, and 2 virtual events each year, typically outside of business hours. Liaise with speakers and moderators to help them maximise impact in the online environment. End-to-end delivery, including the set-up, testing, rehearsal and live delivery of each event, and the recording, editing and uploading of virtual content. Undertake evaluation of the events, and reporting on results and recommendations. What You'll Bring
A minimum of three years' demonstrated experience in events planning and coordination, or a similar role. Experience in delivering online events or meetings, and proficiency in relevant software and platforms, ideally Zoom and EventsAir. Experience within membership or nonprofit organisations is a plus, along with a passion for driving meaningful change in mental health care. A positive, can-do mindset. Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia. Some of What's on Offer:
Salary range from $63,000 to $78,800 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading. A great hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. A monthly free paid day off for full-time staff. Gender neutral 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary care givers. About the application process
