Job Description:

Amphenol is seeking a dynamic Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time position requiring 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall online shopping experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Develop creative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Confident and adaptable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must be authorized to work in Australia
- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
