Job Description:

Corning is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and resourcefulness, along with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media- Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously strive to improve the customer support experience through feedback and suggestions- Stay up-to-date on Corning products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset- Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness in solving problems- Proficiency in using online communication platforms and software- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills- A commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
