Job Description:

Nearmap is seeking an Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with a desire to provide exceptional customer service in an online environment.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with our online platform- Educating customers on our products and services, and guiding them through the onboarding process- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic- Analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve and think critically- Excellent planning and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and platforms
