Job Description:
Textron is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic planning and communication skills to provide exceptional customer support in an online environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms.
2. Provide technical support for online products and services.
3. Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting.
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams.
5. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends.
8. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
