#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction:** Provide timely and effective online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Problem Resolution:** Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns using your product knowledge and company resources.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, to contribute to process improvements.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, research & development) to relay customer feedback and improve overall service delivery.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay up-to-date with Abbott products and services to provide accurate information to customers and enhance their experience.
- **Feedback Loop:** Actively gather customer insights and promote feedback within the team to foster continuous improvement in our support processes.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- **Training and Support:** Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

#### Requirements:
- **Education:** Minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background.
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online environment.
- **Personality Traits:** Energetic and dedicated, with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong strategic planning abilities to manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in communications and record-keeping.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer support software, online chat tools, and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of healthcare products or the ability to quickly learn and apply new information.
- **Availability:** Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
