### Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to customer inquiries through various online platforms including email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and analyze customer issues, complaints, and feedback; troubleshoot and resolve problems, providing effective solutions as promptly as possible.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and transactions using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product offerings, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and assist with various inquiries.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales and technical teams, to escalate and follow up on persistent or complex customer issues.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather and analyze feedback from customers to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the enhancement of our service delivery.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge about products and customer service best practices.
### Requirements
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role or related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
