Job Description:

AECOM, a leading engineering and consulting firm, is seeking an Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a full-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to online customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and problems are resolved- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and relationship building

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required
