Peabody Energy is seeking a motivated and confident Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers who interact with our online platforms.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and offer assistance as needed- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to customers- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience- Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights to improve the customer experience- Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role- Confident and motivated personality- Excellent communication and persuasion skills- Creative problem-solving abilities- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
