Job Description:

Deputy is seeking a reliable and energetic Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and account management.4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4.
