PACCAR is seeking a motivated and driven Online Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Canberra. **Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** Respond promptly to inquiries via online chat, email, and any available digital platforms, ensuring all clients receive timely, accurate, and helpful assistance.
- **Problem Solving:** Diagnose and resolve client issues related to our products and services, employing effective problem-solving techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Accurately log client interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of PACCAR's offerings to effectively address client questions and provide insightful advice on product usage and specifications.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback to identify trends and contribute to service improvements, sharing valuable insights with the management team.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate seamless communication and problem resolution, promoting a cohesive work environment.
- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, ensuring you remain adept at employing the latest tools and techniques in client support.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online setting.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or business are a plus.
