**Job Description:**

United Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Online Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Canberra. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues and to provide updates on ongoing queries.

- **Service Management:**
- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Conduct regular quality checks on service delivery processes and client interactions to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions based on client feedback and needs.

- **Project Support:**
- Assist in the development and execution of client-facing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Participate in project planning sessions, contributing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client services.
- Track progress on assigned projects, providing updates to management and adjusting plans as necessary.

- **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Produce regular reports on client feedback, service delivery metrics, and overall client satisfaction.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends in client behavior and service performance, making recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role, preferably in an online environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and client management software.
- Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking with a strong drive to succeed and attain client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing time effectively.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong innovation mindset, with the ability to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
