Online Client Relations Representative

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role.

Responsibilities:- Responding to client inquiries and providing assistance through various online platforms- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty- Identifying and escalating any issues or concerns raised by clients- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client inquiries in a timely manner- Collecting and analyzing client feedback to continuously improve service delivery- Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to navigate various online platforms- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong planning and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
