Job description:

Seeka is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for energetic and resourceful individuals looking to gain experience in client relations. The Online Client Relations Assistant will be responsible for assisting with managing relationships with our online clients, ensuring an exceptional level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally- Assisting with online client onboarding and training- Monitoring client activity and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities- Supporting the development and implementation of client retention initiatives- Providing feedback and insights to improve the online client experience- Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis for management

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Experience with online client management software is a plus
