- **Product Knowledge:** Stay up-to-date with Cisco's products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information and solutions to customers.
- **Performance Metrics:** Achieve and exceed performance metrics set by the organization, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product enhancement discussions, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.

### **Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role, preferably in an online chat or technical support environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and chat support tools; familiarity with Cisco products is a plus.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for explaining technical concepts in an accessible manner.
