Job Description:

Casey's General Stores is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online chat support team, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a part-time position at the associate level, ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in customer service or online support roles.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead the online chat support team, providing guidance and support as needed.2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in responses.3. Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries and issues, escalating when necessary.4. Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.5. Analyze chat support metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support.

Requirements:1. 5+ years of experience in customer service or online support roles.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Persuasion and leadership skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in chat support software and tools.6. Excellent problem-solving abilities.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.8.
