Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a proactive and passionate Online Chat Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Canberra. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Engage with clients through various online chat platforms to resolve inquiries, provide information about our services, and facilitate smoother communication.
- **Problem Solving:** Quickly assess client needs and provide effective solutions, demonstrating exceptional customer service abilities.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, documenting details of conversations and any resolutions provided.
- **Technical Support:** Assist clients with basic technical queries related to our services, escalating issues as necessary to ensure a timely resolution.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members across departments to ensure all client queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- **Training Material Development:** Contribute to the creation and updating of training materials for new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- **Feedback Loop:** Provide feedback to management on common client inquiries and challenges to improve service efficiency and quality.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and suggest improvements in the online support process.
- **Flexibility:** Adapt to changing client needs and business demands while maintaining a high level of service.

### Requirements

#### Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online chat environment or related field.
- Familiarity with customer support software and chat systems.
