Job Description:

Wesfarmers is looking for a dedicated Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. You will interact with customers in a professional and timely manner, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services to customers.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Document customer interactions and follow-up on unresolved issues.
5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
2. Hardworking attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Confidence in communicating with customers through online chat.
4. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency with online chat platforms and basic computer skills.
7. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
