Qualifications: Knowledge of Direct Sales and bidding portals (Up Work, Odesk, Freelance, Web Guru, etc.). Experience in acquiring projects and making new clients for the company. Proficient in bringing new projects through bidding, client communication, proposal writing, and business development. Sound knowledge of IT terminologies.

Required Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for acquiring new clients and identifying emerging opportunities in the global market. Generating business for web, mobile application, software design & development services, and virtual reality projects. Experience in writing proposals, bidding for .NET projects, web and mobile development, and game development follow-ups. Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, client communication, and closure. Experience interacting with clients in India, US, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE. Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads. Getting business through various channels (Up Work, Freelancer, People per Hour, Guru, Email Marketing, etc.). Quality project selection and bidding. Lead generation through LinkedIn, databases, and other social networks is an added value. Collecting and analyzing project business requirements and transferring knowledge to the development team. Providing suggestions to the development team during the product development stage to meet client needs. Able to communicate between the client and the technical team. Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules. Quickly understand business issues and data challenges of clients' organizations and industries.
