Paccar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Perth, Western Australia. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments by managing emails, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist in planning and executing projects by tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and communicating updates to team members.

- **Data Management:** Collect, analyze, and maintain data relevant to departmental objectives, ensuring accuracy and availability for decision-making processes.

- **Communication Facilitation:** Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring that inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or coursework related to business administration is preferred.

- **Experience:** At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role or a similar capacity.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software. Experience in data analysis software is a plus.
