**Job Description:**

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sydney, New South Wales. This part-time position plays a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our online administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. As an Online Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to various teams, contributing to the overall success of our hotel and resort services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to various departments, including reservations, guest services, and marketing.
- Maintain and update online databases, schedules, and company records to ensure all information is accurate and accessible.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.

2. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to inquiries from guests, team members, and external partners via email, chat, and other online platforms, ensuring high-quality service and support.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and resolve concerns, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships.

3. **Project Management:**
- Assist in the coordination of various projects, including marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, ensuring timelines and deliverables are adhered to.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and innovative solutions for enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency.

4. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate and organized records of online transactions, communications, and guest information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Compile and analyze data for reporting purposes, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

5. **Operational Support:**
- Conduct online research to gather information and resources that assist in decision-making processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve any administrative issues, demonstrating a resourceful approach to challenges.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.

- **Education:**
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello).
- Familiarity with hotel management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Motivated: Self-starter who takes initiative and is driven to achieve results.
