American Family Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage and organize electronic files and documents- Respond to emails and online inquiries promptly and professionally- Assist with online research and data entry tasks- Coordinate virtual meetings and appointments- Provide administrative support to team members as needed- Assist with online marketing and social media tasks- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Reliable and passionate individual- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online tools- Strong research and persuasion skills- Attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of online administrative processes
