**Job Summary:**

The Online Account Support Associate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support through online channels, ensuring that our clients have seamless access to their accounts and services. This part-time position requires individuals with a strong background in customer service and a passion for technology. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while contributing to the team's overall success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Provide high-quality online support to customers via email, chat, and social media, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users through our platforms.

- **Account Management:** Assist customers with account-related issues, including password resets, billing inquiries, and service changes, ensuring a smooth user experience.

- **Documentation:** Maintain and update customer interactions and support tickets in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.

- **Project Management:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

- **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on Oneok's products and services to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information.

- **Training & Support:** Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support to ensure they are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries.

- **Performance Metrics:** Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Requirements:**

**Education and Experience:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.
- Experience in account management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and basic understanding of online account management systems.

- Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple initiatives.
- Innovative mindset to propose improvements and streamline processes.
