Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their careers in customer support and account management.

### **Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Account Management:**
- Oversee and support customer accounts to ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor account status and analyze data trends to inform customer interactions.
- Update and maintain customer information in our systems accurately and efficiently.

- **Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and providing viable solutions.
- Assist customers with navigating our online platforms and understanding available services.

- **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
- Leverage data to inform decisions and provide insights to management.
- Prepare reports on customer account metrics and performance metrics as needed.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements in service delivery.

- **Collaborative Initiatives:**
- Work alongside team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
- Participate in team meetings to share customer insights and suggest enhancements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive customer experiences.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.

- **Resourceful:** Ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions to problems.

- **Soft Skills:**

- **Technical Skills:**
