Experience in the Disability, Health or Employment sector is preferred as you as we are looking for someone who understands the vulnerabilities and barriers that our customers can face in the workplace.
A typical week will involve... Provide support to both customers and employers to ensure customers maintain sustainable and ongoing employmentThink outside the box and resolve challenges for both parties as they ariseHelp employers provide a suitable and positive work environment for our customers & guide on workplace modificationsEffectively manage a caseload of ongoing support customersOvercome objections, and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disabilityPreparation for and involvement in Ongoing Support AssessmentsCollating and preparing documentary evidence in line with contractual guidelinesActively engage with customers to positively advocate the APM brandPassing internal and external audits in line with Disability Employment Services contract.To be considered, you will have...
