About the opportunity
We are seeking an Assistant Campus Principal at our Hobart Campus to work in tandem with the Launceston Campus Principal, to ensure that OneSchool Global Australia's vision, values, policies, and strategy are upheld to the highest standards.

As the Assistant Campus Principal, you lead Campus staff, students, and stakeholders strategically and operationally to achieve the highest possible standards in teaching and learning, student achievement, quality, compliance, and governance.
You will be a highly visible member of the leadership team, building positive, firm, and fair relationships with all stakeholders.

This is a dual role, combined with a 0.4 teaching load.
This full-time, permanent position will commence immediately or 2025 start.

About you
Ideally, you will have leadership experience or be ready to take that next step into a leadership position.
You must have an excellent understanding of the 3-12 curriculum.
A capacity and willingness to build and manage positive working relationships (High Performing teams), and experience in implementing and leading digital technology professional learning for staff and students.

You will be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
Candidates will need to be a Registered teacher, have a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus.
We seek a driven and highly collaborative leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a keen interest in being part of a global organisation.

Responsibilities include:
Deputise for the Campus Principal when absent/off-campus Collaborate with the Campus Principal when working with the Senior Leadership Team Work with the Campus Principal on MAP/scheduling/strategies to increase growth General day to day cover as needed/Running of exams Teach English classes year 7-12 What We Offer:
