Global Medical Device company with multiple portfolios, and market leading products, looking to a hire a Territory Manager to their growing team.
This role sits within their portfolio that sells though their pharmacy channel clients and covering the Central Coast / Newcastle Territory.
The role
Maintain and develop market share by making sales within a designated territory Plan, schedule and execute on call cycles and customer visits Have detailed knowledge of your customers preferences and buying patterns Provide in-service programmes, workshops and training for customers on the latest products Sell using data of the FAB's of the products and services Become a trusted adviser with your customers and offer solutions to their enquiries About you
Experience selling into the Pharmacy industry both independents and Pharmacy buying groups Strong understanding of sales cycles and buying patterns underpinned by commercial nous Used to selling products using data and be able to share points of difference from similar items in the market Motivated and driven to get out in the field and meet and call your customers on a daily basis Excellent communication, both verbal, written and presentation Be able to work autonomously whilst still hitting targets, but also add value during team activities On offer
