The OpportunityAs the ServiceNow Solutions Developer, your role will involve working and collaborating with customers, business analysts, and team members to comprehend the business needs that guide the analysis, design, development, configuration, support, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. These solutions will align with the company's strategic vision and follow the architectural standards.
What you'll do:Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform working with the development team.Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end methodologies within ServiceNow which includes architecting technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, and organizing and prioritizing development effort.Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies.Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls.Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs.Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to our stakeholders.Design, configure, develop, and test on the ServiceNow platform including but not limited to the CSM, Service Request (creating catalog items and workflow), Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.Design, configure, develop, and test custom ServiceNow forms, tables, and workflows based on business requirements.Support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow installation, including managing system configurations, gathering, and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.About YouYou're likely to have skills and experience in the following areas or be able to outline how you meet these requirements.
Bachelor's Degree10 Years of Software Development experience4 years experience with HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.jsAbility to build Reports, dashboards and homepages with ServiceNow or similar technologies.Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalogue items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisionsExperience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST APIs.Experience with the ServiceNow Studio IDE.Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows.ITIL Foundations certification is preferable.
