THE OPPORTUNITY OneHR Support to ANZ OneHR Team to enhance OneHR and ANZ experience through focus on HR Projects, OneHR Community Engagement, Executive Assistance to Heads of HR and GHS/RTW Support.
RESPONSIBILITIES OneHR Projects, Dashboards and Knowledge Management.Generate reports and develop standard reports in line with user requests.
Accept responsibility for accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of information.Contribute data to local & regional reporting including Monthly/Quarterly Reports.Delivery of OneHR projects as assigned by Head of HR including but not limited to DEI, External Brand and Reputation (e.g., HR Awards, GPTW), Family Spirit Day, Office Community Events, etc.Provide administrative support to the OneHR Heads of HR as required on expenses, calendar management, and other executive support requirements.Processing HR invoices as required.Work with OneHR Team to create, develop and implement a HR Calendar & Communications Plan.
Ensure communications are sent to the nominated audience for each of the above processes.Partnership with communications team to prepare HR communications to ANZ team.Organise and deliver OneHR Community events.Continuous monitoring of the HR pages on intranet sites to ensure information is easily located, updated, and relevant.Delivery of critical EHS/RTW tasks including training and event design, delivery and coordination, employee engagement to support return to work, external partner management, budget management, and expense management.Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.ABOUT YOU Results & Performance Driven: Assumes personal ownership and accountability for all areas of the role.
