Location - Narre Warren$49 -59 per hour Immediate Start This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading Training Program Development » Develop a comprehensive training approach for the program, ensuring it aligns with the desired program outcomes and meets the training need of all stakeholders.
» Use the ADDIE model framework to plan, design, deliver and review the training program » Ensure training content is relevant, engaging, and incorporates best practices in adult learning and organisational development to maximise knowledge retention and learning satisfaction » Regularly review and update training materials to reflect organisational changes and evolving best practices.
» Work closely with relevant Project teams and subject matter experts to conduct training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop training solutions to meet specific needs and learning styles.
» Align training implementation approach with our current organisation practices in learning and change management.
» Act as a point of contact for employees and leaders seeking information or support regarding the Product training program.
Qualifications Experience and Competencies » Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment or a similar professional qualification » Demonstrated experience in leading the development and successful implementation of training programs for an IT Transformation Program, such as ERP or CRM implementation.
» Experience in change management within a government or public sector environment.
» Knowledge and experience in developing plans based on recommendations and requirements, providing necessary guidance to the project.
» Expertise in training delivery (e.g., Train the Trainer, hybrid models) and evaluation for successful outcomes.
» Experience in analysing data from multiple sources to conduct training needs analysis and make recommendations.
» Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
» Strong and engaging facilitation skills in presenting and delivering coaching and training to large groups.
