As part of our transformative journey, we will replace our current Technology One Connected Intelligence (Ci) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Platform with their new cloud enabled Connected Intelligence Anywhere (CiA) ERP, also commonly known as One Council.

A bit about the role Join the City of Casey as our OneCouncil Procurement ERP Project Officer and lead the strategic implementation of the Supply Chain (SCM) and Contract Management (CM) stream within the OneCouncil Program.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee seamless integration, champion the adoption of new processes, and enhance organisational capability in procurement and contract management.

What you'll deliver Coordinate engagement and training to support adoption of the OneCouncil SCM and CM solution and processes.Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, departmental needs, and Procurement policy.Enhance procurement and contract management capability across the organisation.Lead transition to Business as Usual (BAU) with effective planning, training, and ongoing support post-go-live.Collaborate with Product Specialists and Business SMEs on design, configuration, and testing activities.Assist with future state process mapping and test script creation alongside the project and Procurement teams.What you'll bring A tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, economics, project management, or equivalent experience in a similar role is desirable.Experience with ERP systems like Technology One, with expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Contract Management (CM) modules.Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management.Experience in functional and user acceptance testing.Strong analytical skills, ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex technical documents and attention to detail.Understanding of Local Government procurement, contract management, category management, and tendering processes, with Technology One expertise highly advantageous.Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check and Eligibility to Work check.A curious, collaborative, and inclusive community mindset.What's next?
