Position Summary: This role is ideal for candidates with a background in engineering, welding, or technical trades, but they're open to anyone eager to learn and grow within the NDT industry. As a Trainee NDT Technician, you will work closely with their experienced team, gaining hands-on training and developing essential skills in inspection and testing techniques.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting NDT inspections under the guidance of senior technicians. Learn and apply various NDT methods, such as Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, and Magnetic Particle Testing. Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Support data collection, analysis, and documentation of inspection results. Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members to support project completion and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Passion for Non-Destructive Testing and a commitment to learning. Background in engineering, welding, or technical trades is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow safety procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Requirements: Ability to work in various environmental conditions and job sites.
