About us
One Step Two Step is a reputable private practice that offers services for children and families in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Dietetics, and Allied Health Assistants.
We work closely together as a team providing services to children, adolescents, adults and their families.
We offer individualised and holistic assessment and intervention to individuals with varying difficulties and diagnoses.

Our clinics are located in Carnegie (Vic), Ipswich, North Lakes, and Morningside (Qld), and we are presently hiring speech pathologists in the Brisbane region.
We welcome applications from graduates to professionals with varying levels of expertise.
We offer a thorough introduction and development program to give our team all the tools needed for therapy.

We are seeking clinicians who are self-motivated with a passion for paediatrics, show initiative and can work within our supportive team-based approach.

In this role you will:
Apply strong clinical reasoning abilities when delivering Speech evaluation and intervention to clients.
The role is mostly clinic based, with some community work.
Control frequent worker and client interactions.
Offer intervention with a specific aim in mind to guarantee that all clients and families reach their functional objectives.
Have the chance to work in a welcoming clinic environment and offer advice to families/carers, childcare facilities, educational institutions, and community services.
Run our group programs and provide support.
Offer coaching and educational programs for parents.
Work with a variety of clients from young children to adults.
Ascertain that all therapeutic intervention is current and compliant with NDIS practice.

What we are looking for
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
SPA registration (SP).
Working With Children Check or the ability to obtain.
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Current National Police Check.
Driver's license and vehicle.
Must be passionate in the Paediatric Sector, helping and assisting people to live their life to the best of their ability.
Is a keen communicator and enjoys helping others grow (both clients and colleagues).
Has a sound understanding of the NDIS and working within NDIS guidelines.
