Are you a proactive, detail-oriented administrator with a knack for process improvement and exceptional organisational skills? Melbourne Airport is seeking a Technology Administration Officer to join our dynamic team and support the Technology function that powers our airport operations. Reporting to the Chief of Technology, you'll provide essential administrative support across the Technology team, including the leadership team and project delivery team. You'll manage a range of tasks, from vendor requests and invoices to improving systems and processes that underpin our daily operations and capital projects.

Key responsibilities: The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the central Technology mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to supplier queries. Administer technology invoices, vendor requests, purchase orders, and credit cards. Provide contract administration support, including handling new contracts, extensions, and variations. Assist with month-end technology accruals and equipment charges for tenants. Support project management by monitoring expenditure against purchase orders. Produce high-quality agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports to support the Technology leadership team. Identify and implement process improvements within the Technology team and across Melbourne Airport. Handle general administrative tasks, including travel bookings, catering, and stationery orders. The successful candidate will have: You are a self-motivated team player with a passion for administration, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-energy environment.
Experience in an administrative role within a medium to large organisation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and accounts payable/receivable processes (desirable). Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to adapt, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. We understand that not everyone will feel they meet all of these 100%.
