About the opportunity The Asset Strategy & Insights team is seeking a Technical Writer to join the team and support the development of comprehensive technical documentation. This role focuses on creating consistent, accurate, and user-friendly documents that comply with standards, legislation, and governance requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers and specialists to translate complex technical information into clear and accessible documentation for a variety of audiences.
Other key responsibilities include:
Developing high-quality technical documents for engineers, technical officers, electricians, and the public. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights, maintain relationships, and ensure documentation meets requirements. Managing documentation tools, systems, and schedules to maintain accuracy and compliance. About you Diploma in Communications or equivalent skills gained through experience. Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in utilities, technical standards, or asset management. Strong collaboration, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and governance processes.
