Project values ranging from $50K - $10 Mil East Arm office location Working with our growing Northern Territory division, you will be working within our collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of numerous projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES Review and assessment of client contracts (Tender stage) Manage and ensure compliance with client contracts throughout the project/s Oversee project start-up, procurement, delivery, and project close-out Liaise with internal Duratec team and external stakeholders Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments Monitor commissioning activities including documentation Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the project's commercial position Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes ABOUT YOU An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control Analytical skills and high attention to detail Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Project Management) Positive negotiation, conflict, and influencing skills Written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills THE BENEFITS Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Access to everyday discounts from Australia's leading retailers with Flare Paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers Submit your resume today and start a conversation with one of our recruiters.
